1. Scope of Services

These terms govern your engagement with CyberLyn offerings, including short intensives, digital materials and physical merchandise.

1.1 Services

CyberLyn provides short intensives such as Digital Hygiene in Seven Days and Smartphone Security in One Evening. Each intensive is a time-bound service scheduled at the date selected in your enrollment.

1.2 Info Products

Digital materials, including e-books, guides and recorded sessions, are made available for download immediately upon purchase.

1.3 Goods

Physical merchandise, such as branded accessories or printed manuals, sold through cyberlyn.click.

2. Refund Policy

CyberLyn applies category-specific refund guidelines:

• Services: Refund requests for intensives must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To request a refund, submit your request via our contact form. Requests received less than 48 hours prior cannot be processed. As an alternative to a refund, clients may reschedule a single session by notifying us within the same timeframe. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
• Info Products: All sales of digital materials are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided due to immediate access upon purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
• Goods: Physical items are eligible for a refund when shipped back to our address within 14 days of delivery. Items must arrive in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method. For assistance, use our contact form.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service session once by notifying CyberLyn at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Changes to Terms

CyberLyn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes become effective upon posting at cyberlyn.click.
